Mammal

A mammal is said to be warm and full of potential.

I agree.

Though many may never feel feel your warmth, I bask in its glow.

I see your potential in my everyday life.

I wonder if I could live a life without such a mammal in my life.

Intelligence shines bright.

You doubt yourself while I only see the potential in you.

I see more than you could know I feel more than what I can ever imagine.

I want you in my life as more than just a mammal.

But I am not at liberty to chain a beast as powerful as you.

I wish for more than just what I get.

But I am not at liberty to show my emotions.

I just want you to know. No matter what stands before me. You are my number one.

A mammal with so much power over me.

Who knows we're our lives will head to. As long as you're in my life I will be OK.
